MC Experience

Just before elections for the next MC many people ask me about how it looked like – my MC experience, what I learnt from it and if I enjoyed it or not.

Honestly speaking I didn’t expect this experience to bring me sooooo much. During elections I was prepared more or less to contribute to AIESEC development, rather then to develop myself, but it happened both :-) For many things I just thought that I knew how to do them, but working in MC understood that I was still unconscious about many things. The top 3 things I managed to develop were:

• working/communicating/networking with people
• planning, self-management and organizing work
• adaptability both in work and in relations with other people (try to live 12 people in one flat :-))

Still need to reflect on it and will definitely discover more :-)
