Be proud

I'm sitting in the internat-cafe at the train station, Spb.
Few hours ago left West REC, but it seems to me that it was centuries ago. Or it was only a dream. I was nerly crying while getting to the bus.

First: amazing faci-team! As I told htem, I've never worked in such a professional faci TEAM. The word "team' is important. Yesterday we had really hard day: phone calls, selling - practice & theory. So at the faci-meeting which was on the stage in plenary we became really random: were apeaking in the switched off microphone, immitating the tv-show or interview. Andries, the chair, had important announcements but looked sooo funny with the microphone! Like Pozner or other russian tv-star:)

Second: don't tell anybody but we created a concept of issue day (education topic) yesterday. 2 a.m Katya P., Katya blond, Anna "Google" & me were sitting on the stage (again) & trying to create a structure. Then we knew that there will be some challenges with projector and speakers... But we managed - having 5 or 6 laptops and clicking ppts on all of them at the same time:)
I was really proud today of what we did. It was very intensive learning for the delegates, I think.
About work: nobody was angry or showed the tiredness - workshops were really high level, we really supported each other. It's such an amazing feeling when you feel that all the people who are working together really care and want to make the whole project as good as possible. Miss it.

I'm like a lemon - just want to sleep.

Hope, everything will be ok with novosibirsk and in 2 days I'll be there at one more amazing conference!
