next MC applications
Today I’ve been creating applications for the next MC team and the thing that impressed me most was about competencies development.
I was trying to understand which opportunity in AIESEC XP (which stage) will ensure competency development from one level to the next one. It turned out that work in MC is the only opportunity which helps you develop the competencies to the highest (4th) level. That was something really impressing for me!
One more thing I found out is that work in EB is also very valuable in terms of competency development. By working in EB, people have a chance to develop almost half of the competencies they can develop through work in MC. The only thing which made me sad is the fact that EB members usually do not understand how much they can learn from this experience (at least this is what happened with me and this is what I saw in most of cases).
Luckily 06-07 term is not over yet and there is still time to change things and to bring positive results :-)
